No file is uploaded or probed. Audio codec, subtitle format, profile, bit depth, DRM, device model and software version are not inspected. A favorable starting point still needs a sample playback test.

If playback fails

1. Confirm the file downloaded completely.
2. Find its stream details using your player’s media information screen.
3. Check the player’s documented support.
4. Try a known-good file to distinguish a damaged file from a device problem.
